Hi there and welcome. If you are curious about my experience and qualifications, a snapshot is provided below:

I am a clinical psychologist and EMDR therapist based on the Coffs Coast of NSW, Australia. As a registered clinical psychologist with an area of practice endorsement (AOPE), I hold current registration with AHPRA (PSY0002093970), as a provider with Medicare (5634132T) and Healthy North Coast NSW. 

My training to provide EMDR therapy was completed via the EMDR Institute Australia and New Zealand Inc, and I am currently an associate member of EMDR Association of Australia (EMDRAA). I also hold full membership with The Australian Clinical Psychology Association (ACPA).

I work with adults who are seeking psychological assessment and treatment for a range of mental health concerns (primarily with trauma, anxiety and mood disorders), and have a special interest in working with emergency / first responders.

The modalities that I commonly use in therapy include Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing Therapy (EMDR), Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Schema Therapy. I work with every client from a human centred, trauma informed and compassion focused perspective.
